This is a powder that dissolves in cider and is intended to add the spice flavor to hot cider. We use this here in the Cider Bar during the colder months and it's a hit! You can use the entire carton (5.65 oz.) for one gallon of cider, or use 2 tsp. per cup for a single serving. Can also be used to spice Wine, Brandy, or Tea.
