We use the winter prunings from the apple trees along with corn cobs and hickory wood to slowly smoke this distinctive southern delicacy. The hams are salt cured and arrive sliced and vacuum packed. Each pack contains from .75 lb to 1 lb.
This ham is best when fried in a skillet and makes a fine meal for dinner or even on biscuits for breakfast.
